Our Story: From Scholarship Recipient to Scholarship Advocate
What started as one student’s journey to secure a scholarship has grown into a dedicated platform helping Ghanaian youth access life-changing educational opportunities. Our mission is to guide and support students in finding scholarships that can shape their future.
Our founder’s journey began when he received a scholarship to study English abroad. This experience opened his eyes to the power of education and the opportunities that scholarships could provide for students from underprivileged backgrounds.
With a strong passion for learning, our founder secured another scholarship to pursue a degree. This milestone reinforced the importance of scholarships in transforming lives and inspired him to explore ways to help others achieve similar success.
Realizing the struggles many talented youth in his village faced in accessing education, he started providing guidance and support to help them apply for scholarships to study abroad. Through mentorship and shared resources, he helped several students take their first steps toward international education.
Seeing the impact of his efforts, he decided to create a platform dedicated to making scholarship opportunities more accessible. Current Scholars was launched as an online hub where students could find up-to-date information on available scholarships, application tips, and guidance on studying abroad.
